Our cocktail masterclasses work best with 5-10 people, but we are flexible in these numbers to suit your needs. For a home event we can cater for up to 200 people but can accommodate for more if given notice. For an event at a venue such as a wedding, we can accommodate for up to 500 people.
We cover a variety of events from weddings, birthdays, baby showers, exhibitions, festivals and corporate events. We also worked with charities to help raise money for various causes.
For events within the M25 we have a minimum booking time of 3 hours of service with and extra hour for bar set up. For events outside the M25 the minimum booking time is 4 hours.
Absolutely! At OH Mixology we understand some events go on longer that expected. We don’t want to stop the fun, and invoice will be sent to include the extra hours.
We understand that things change. Just get in contact with us and we can try to accommodate to the best of our abilities.
No we don’t require any power supply.
All our events include a customised cocktail menu ensuring all guest know what are being served. Which you will be able to keep as a memory of the great night.
Yes, feel free to give our staff any drinks to serve. Prosecco, wine, highball and lowball glasses can be added onto your quote if required. OH Mixology can also provide these drinks on requests.
We cover all areas in within the M25 and greater London.
Set up is dependant on the number of guests, however, we usually arrive 1-2 hours before the event start time.
The bar we bring can hold a workspace large enough for 2-3 staff as well as the alcohol and ice for the night, glassware will be stored I our van or in an unused room. We can also use anything you may have available such as a kitchen counter or island. If this is something of interest to you, please reach out here.
We typically require a 2 week notice period. However, at OH Mixology we understand things can change last minute. So please reach out at your earliest convince to via our booking form
Yes, OH Mixology have public liability insurance up to 10 million. This can be change if required.
Yes, Both OH Mixology founders hold personal alcohol licences.
A deposit is normally required to confirm your event booking, with the rest paid after the event has been completed. Please reach out here
We have a one-month cancellation policy, whereby a full refund can be issued. However, if this is within a month, a refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis. We understand life doesn’t always go according to plan and we like to accommodate this.
